Summertime is here?!?!?!

Well, since my last post, I have gone to California for an amazing girlfriends trip, celebrated Easter in Sherman and Wichita Falls, made two other trips to WF, painted the laundry room and the eating nook of my kitchen, kept my sanity while Tim was in Massachusetts for two weeks, and painted faces for two and half hours at Field Day on Kate's last day of school. It's been nutso.  But it's been fun.  Hopefully I'll be able to post pictures up here more regularly now, but hell, I say that all the time and can only keep up sporadically.  Wishful thinking.

The gray/blue  wall with white trim is what I have painted one side of my kitchen.  Now comes the exciting part of taking down all of the avocado colored cabinet doors, sanding them, painting them, putting on new fixtures and hanging back up in the correct spot.  Don't expect to see the completed pictures for a while.  It's not something I am ready to tackle right now!

Precious Pretty #2 picking out her 2nd tattoo of the mornings at the MOPS End of the Year Block Party.  Yes - she's still obsessed with Toy Story.

PP #2 hugging her friends on the last day at School for Little People.

Hugging her teacher, Miss Kristen!  PP#2 had an amazing year at SLP!

With two of her favorite friends this year!

PP#1 had some of her friends over to swim on the last day of school.

Auntie M, Uncle Nixon, and Dolly drove up from San Antonio to spend Memorial Day with us.  PP#1 was a very happy girl with another dog in the house!

I also made a super yummy as it was super easy peach cobbler.  I am too comfy (lazy) to get up off of the couch to get the recipe to share, so I'll save it for another post.  I promise to share it before the 4th of July because it is a must have for our independence celebration!
